Carlos Pascual
Graduate in Biology and doctor in the Biomarkers of Health and Pathological States Program from the University of Extremadura. In Paris since 2020, he is doing a postdoc at the Paris Brain Institute Neurosciences center. He also participates in the international SynGO project and is a founding member of the InvestigaEx association.

Marta Torre-Schaub
Marta Torre-Schaub is research director at the CNRS, specialist in environmental law and climate change.
Marta has a law degree from the University of Oviedo and a doctorate in private law from the Université Paris X Nanterre. She obtained the Dupin Aîné thesis prize awarded by the Chancellery of Universities in 2001. She qualified as a professor from the CNU and was admitted the same year to the CNRS national competition, where she has since been a senior researcher. Marta is an alumni of the Fulbright Foundation. She is the founder and director of the CLIMALEX researchers network.
He heads the environment department at the Sorbonne Institute of Legal and Philosophical Sciences. He teaches at Paris 1 University and Sciences Po Paris. He is a member of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Human and Social Sciences of the CNRS. Author of numerous books and manuals, scientific articles and expert reports.

Lourdes Mateos
He studied Biology at the University of Granada (2011) and completed a master's degree in wildlife research, followed by a doctorate at the University of Castilla-La Mancha. In 2017, he defended his doctoral thesis, which addressed the neurological and allergic responses associated with vector-borne infectious diseases. After accumulating seven years of experience in postdoctoral research in French public institutions, he currently holds the position of Scientific Project Manager in the microBiotick research group, at the French national health security agency.

Previously dedicated to studying the formation of fossils and the genesis of one of the most exceptional Lower Triassic sites in the world: the Paris Biota site, in Idaho, USA. Postdoc in the Laboratory of Diversity, Ecology and Microbial Evolution at the Université Paris Sud analyzing the formation and diversity of stromatolites.

María Ángeles Morcillo
Graduated in Biotechnology from the University of Valencia (2013) and doctor in Biotechnology and Oenology from the Rovira i Virgili University (2019). He completed his first postdoctoral degree at the Nencki Institute of Experimental Biology in Poland. Currently, she is a postdoctoral researcher at the Institute of Physical and Chemical Biology of Paris where she studies the use of yeast as a model in neurodegenerative diseases.

Laura Valenzuela
Chemical Engineer from the University of Granada and Doctor in Hydrology and Water Resources Management from the University of Alcalá (2021). Currently, she is a postdoctoral researcher at the Institut de Chimie et Procédés pour l'Energie, l'Environnement et la Santé (CNRS/Unistra) in Strasbourg. There he researches photo-assisted processes for the treatment of wastewater or the synthesis of compounds of interest. He also participates in the Federation of Young Researchers (FJI-Precarios).

Golden Peter
Graduated in biotechnology from the University of Valencia. After the master's degree, also at the University of Valencia, and until he began his thesis, he worked at the biotechnology company Biopolis SL. Pedro has a doctorate in Biotechnology from the Public University of Navarra and completed his first postdoc at the Institute of Agrobiotechnology within the framework of a collaboration between the CSIC and the biotechnology company Bioinsectis. Currently, he is a postdoctoral researcher at the Bacterial Genome Plasticity Unit at the Pasteur Institute in Paris where he works on bacterial genetics with special emphasis on mobile genetic elements.

Diego Santos
PhD in Biotechnology from the University of Valencia (2014). He completed his first Post-Doctorate at the Department of Entomology of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (Israel) (2015-2019) and a second at the Laboratory of Biometry and Evolutionary Biology (LBBE) of the University of Lyon 1 (France) (2019 -2021). At LBBE he obtained a Marie Curie Post-Doctoral Fellowship (2021-2023). Currently, he is an INRAe (SPE) permanent researcher at the Center for Biology for Population Management (CBGP) in Montpellier, where he continues to study the interactions that occur between insects, symbiont bacteria, viruses and plants.

Graduated in Chemistry from the University of Castilla-La Mancha and PhD in Chemistry from the University of Malaga. After a postdoctoral contract at the University of Alcalá, in 2021 he joined the Multiglyco Group of the Department of Molecular Chemistry of the Grenoble-Alpes University in France, where he works on the synthesis and evaluation of antibody-recruiting molecules for cancer therapy and infectious diseases.

Sara Castaño
Degree in Biochemistry (2007) and PhD in Biochemistry and Applied Molecular Biology at the University of Murcia (2014). She completed several pre and postdoctoral stays in the Netherlands (Utrecht University), Switzerland (ETH) and Australia (University of Brisbane). Currently, she is an INRAE researcher at the Toulouse Biotechnology Institute where she studies the optimization of synthetic metabolic pathways in microorganisms.
